On December 28th, I participated in the early morning balloon flight with Balloon Safaris.  I would like to congratulate your team on their excellence of service.  We all received interesting information and assistance from the 4WD drivers to the great pilot.  Only that I was told to resume landing position I wouldn’t have known we landed.  Breakfast was delicious.

I had a balloon ride in March this year, my first, the morning was fantastic helping to set it up, the ride, and helping to put away, also the in-flight photo to remind me of the ride.
