Balloon Safaris with Hunter Valley Ballooning (formerly known as Hunter Valley Hot Air Ballooning) has been established since 1992 and is a family run business. The Hunter Valley is situated only two hours from the centre of Sydney and is one of the most ideal areas to fly balloons.

Our office is based in Abernethy in the Hunter Valley and we meet our passengers at Cessnock Airport, just near the Hunter Valley Wine Country Visitor's Information Centre. Our airport meeting place is located in the heart of the Pokolbin & Lovedale vineyards and is 10 minutes from the Cessnock town centre.

Balloon Safaris has been operating above the Hunter Valley vineyards since 1992.  Our company operates exclusively in the Hunter Valley offering balloon rides over the vineyards. We are the local company with local pilots and local knowledge and an unsurpassed safety record.
